Key Legal Distinctions
Sweepstakes vs. Games of Chance
Anchor operates as a sweepstakes, which is legally distinct from pay-to-play games of chance:
✅ Legal Sweepstakes
- • No purchase required
- • Free method of entry
- • Skill + chance combined
- • Prizes awarded
- • Regulated by sweepstakes law
❌ Pay-to-Play Games of Chance (We Are NOT)
- • Purchase required (consideration)
- • No free alternative
- • Pure chance
- • Payouts, not prizes
- • Regulated by gaming law
Eligibility Overview
While our complete rules are being finalized, here are the general eligibility requirements:
- ✓ Must be 18 years of age or older
